Part 1, Chapter 2
All personnel within the Foundation are to follow documentation and server classifications set by either the Departmental Directors and or the O5 Council. Violation of classification regulations will vary.
Public Classification covers all documents that are available to the public eye, anyone within or outside of the Foundation is permitted to view and share said documents and or contents to anyone they wish to. By default, everything within the Foundation is classified public so we may remain transparent with our community unless explicitly stated otherwise by documentation or restrictions.
Internal Classifications covers documents that are made by Departmental Staff to be designated internal, these documents or contents usually contain information that is important to the receiving party or writing party of said document.
Something such as Background checks, Testing Documentation or text channels may be classified private and punishment is decided by Departmental Command.
Confidential Classification covers documentation that is made for a specific party of people such as Command Documentation or otherwise classified notices or contents. These contents if leaked or shared incorrectly may lead to difficulties in operations or departmental function.
Something such as Command Documentation, Internal Notices or Punishments are mostly classified confidential and punishment is up to Departmental Command.
Classified Documentation or contents are set to very specific party of people, mostly differentiating itself from Confidential as information leaked will most likely cause disruption or completely ruin operations of the foundation or department.
Something such as Investigations or Central Command channels and documentation are mostly classified at this level and the punishment is up to the Ethics Committee Investigative Branch.
Secret Documentation and Information are only given to ones that are the most trusted with sensitive information. This information leaking out to the public will cause major disruption to operations of a department or the entire Foundation.
Punishment is up to the Ethics Committee Investigative Branch and the O5 Council.
