This section affects all Foundation Personnel and is a short guide on how to handle on-site anomalies, ranging from inanimate objects to sentient and friendly or hostile anomalies housed on site.
Any anomalies stored within containment boxes may not be used by Civil Personnel, Combative Personnel may only use it within their regulations reasonably and must be returned after use, or if it is being requested for a test.
SCP-131 is noted to be a friendly anomaly with the ability to free roam the site at it's own will, however all foundation personnel are asked to respect the anomaly and not cause it trouble.
You must not attempt or succeed in harming SCP-131 instances.
You must not insult or threaten SCP-131 instances.
You must not follow them into restricted areas outlined by the Code of Ethics.
SCP-662-2 is noted to be a neutral anomaly, often friendly however can grow hostile if mistreated. Personnel are to refer to him as "Mr. Deeds." out of respect.
SCP-662-2 must not be harmed or threatened unless acting in self defense or for research purposes.
Deeds' bell must be returned if it is no longer of use to the bell holder.
Only Security Class-3 personnel and above may utilize the bell and must have a combative to escort it to them.
Security Class-0 Personnel may request for items that do not cause harm or major blockage, such as drinks or other placeable items.
Security Class-2 Personnel may additionally request for sidearms.
Security Class-3 Personnel may additionally request for primaries.
Only Site Director or higher is permitted to order deeds to assasinate or to harm someone outside of testing.
This section mostly affects Scientific Department and other research personnel, they are expected to follow all regulations within this section even if otherwise stated so by their own regulations.
There are exceptions where these may be ignored however those require either an Ethical Waiver or permission from anyone ranking Site Director or higher.
Test question must be ready and be within reason by the time a test is scheduled, it also has to lead to research.
Something like "Does 457 burn people?" will not suffice, however discovering effects of an anomaly is.
Researchers must have a proper clearance to test on an anomaly.
A test must not cause unreasonable distress, problems with relations or harm to an anomaly.
A test question must not be sure to cause a breach, high risk testing will require a waiver.
Only Combative Personnel and Class-Ds are permitted to enter chambers to deliver anomaly boxes, terminate Class-D or aid in the events of a test.
The Ethics Committee serves the right to deny or waive requirements for testing.
Test Spectators must hold proper clearances to access the containments, and must not interact with controls for the anomaly or it's chamber.
Members of the Ethics Committee or anyone ranking Security Class-4 or higher may spectate a test regardless of meeting requirements and do not require permission to spectate.
