Part 3, Chapter 1
Part 3, Chapter 1
This chapter houses all violations that fall under the Code of Ethics, these are the codes which the Ethics Committee may issue punishments under.
Anybody ranking Site Director or higher is exempt from this section of the Code of Ethics however must still mind their actions.
Code of Ethics Violations may only be approved by Site Directors prior to the events, after which it must undergo a majority discussion with the O5 Council and Ethics Committee High Command.
Code of Ethics Violations must be reported within 7-days, if any evidence is sent in late it will not suffice for a punishment or a violation record.
Only personnel holding a clearance within the Foundation may be punished under Violations. This does not mean investors are not subject to it, as violations of the Code of Ethics will likely cause losing your investor status if done intentionally or repetitively.
Negligence is not an excuse to avoid being punished, as members of the Foundation are expected to read or understand the basics of it.
If multiple violations occur, the reprimand will instead be picked from the most severe violation and be slightly modified to fit the case.
Any violations committed more than 3 times, reprimand will be up to the discretion of the Ethics Committee if deemed repetitive.
