All High Crimes are enforced by the Ethics Committee High Command, the Investigations Branch, and the O5 Council on a case-to-case basis.
High Crimes do not have a statue of limitations, meaning if one is reported at any time you may still be charged for it.
Loopholing High Crimes in any way or form is not permitted and may land you an additional punishment.
High Crimes apply to All people within the Foundation, including Groups of Interests or Class-Ds.
Anyone who is targeting a person or a group of people with intent to cause an annoyance, distress in a repeated manner is guilty of Harassment.
Punishments may vary anywhere from:
First Offense: 12-day Suspension
Second Offense: Foundation Exile
Anyone who a. is engaging in explicitly unwanted and or illegal sexual conduct. b. Exposing minors to sexual content and or acts knowingly is guilty of Sexual Misconduct.
Punishments may vary anywhere from:
First Offense: Foundation Blacklist
Anyone who a. Removes, alters or deletes evidence and or testimonies to prevent one or another person from being held liable. b. Knowingly providing an enforcement or punishing officer with false information is guilty of Interfering with Justice.
Punishments may vary anywhere from:
First Offense: Minimum 15-day Suspension
Second Offense: 30-day Suspension or Foundation Exile
Third Offense: Foundation Exile
Anyone who a. Uses their powers gained from their positions in a non-intended way knowingly, such as attempting to gain access to classified information or b. With clearance, giving orders to violate the Code of Ethics or other Guidelines knowingly outside of proper reasoning, is guilty of Abuse of Power.

First Offense: 20-day Suspension
Second Offense: Foundation Exile
Anyone who is posting or sharing information in any way or form outside of properly authorized or given parties is guilty of Leaking Classified Information.
