All personnel within the Foundation are required to follow all protocol regulations, this chapter will go over on what to do during each protocol.
Protocol Hierarchy goes as:
Raid > Breach > Infectious Breach > Riot > Possible Breach > Rise > Normal
Protocol Normal shows that the site is stable and that there are no large scale issues, while some disturbance may occur it is not out of the ordinary. Personnel are to follow the Code of Ethics.
Protocol Rise Indicates that there is a disturbance at the Class-D Containment Zone, while personnel are permitted to follow their regular duties some areas such as the Outer CDCZ and Guardline should be avoided.
Protocol Rise may be issued in the case that Guardline is lost with attempts to regain it failing.
Civil Personnel must proceed by raising awareness near the Class-D containment Zone.
Combative Personnel must proceed by responding to the active threat wherever it may be located.
Protocol Riot indicates that the Foundation has lost control of the Class-D Containment Zone and possibly other various areas to Class-D personnel. During this all civil personnel must remain at either the Outside Sector or Civil Sector to ensure ones safety.
Protocol Riot may be issued in the case that the Class-D Containment Zone has been lost for more than 5 minutes with attempts to regain control proving difficult or pointless.
Civil Personnel must proceed by staying at either the Civil Sector or the Outside sector, they may not leave unless instructed otherwise by combatives.
Combative Personnel must proceed by responding to active threats around the site and attempting to regain control of the Class-D containment zone.
Protocol Possible Breach indicates that there is a possibility of a containment breach either by a fault in containment procedures or a high risk test being conducted, personnel must remain cautious and prepare to evacuate to a breach shelter if so needed to.
Protocol Possible Breach is up to the discretion of the Mobile Task Forces however may also be active for possible infectious breaches or containments being left open with no anomaly in sight.
Civil Personnel must proceed by being at the readiness to evacuate to a breach shelter, however does not restrict them from conducting duties.
Security Department Personnel must proceed by being ready to operate shelters and evacuate civil personnel to emergency shelters in the event of a breach.
Mobile Task Forces must proceed by attempting to locate said anomaly and begin re-containment efforts and keeping Security informed of the situation.
Protocol Breach indicates that a hostile anomaly has breached containment, all non-essential personnel are required to report to a breach shelter while recontainment efforts are being made.
Protocol Breach is up to the discretion of the Mobile Task Forces.
Civil Personnel must report to a breach shelter at once, even if they are in the middle of conducting their duties.
Security Department Personnel are to man breach shelters and aid the Mobile Task Forces if so requested to.
Mobile Task Forces must attempt recontainment efforts and coordinate Security to prevent further problems to other personnel or efforts of recontainment.
Protocol Riot indicates that a hostile Group of Interest is currently raiding the site with armed mercenaries, Combative personnel are to be at the ready to respond to any hostiles invading the site and aiding breaching Class-Ds or anomalies from their containment zones.
Protocol Raid is up to the discretion of the Mobile Task Forces and Security Department, however often activated under an official raid coordinated by a hostile GoI.
Civil Personnel must proceed by staying at either the Civil Sector or the Outside sector, they may not leave unless instructed otherwise by combatives.
Combative Personnel must proceed by responding to active threats around the site and fighting off waves of hostiles from various areas to keep the site stability under control.
