This section primarily affects combative personnel, meaning civil personnel may skip this section of the Code of Ethics.
Class-D personnel when terminated are permitted to be striked by departmental regulations however in most cases will occur after termination. This does not apply to testing as it has it's own regulations under Part 2, Chapter 6.
All Criteria required to Warn a Class-D for misbehavior, they may be warned twice for misbehavior, for their third offense they may be terminated and striked.
Any limb going over the guardline
Yellow line
Stacking with other personnel
Attempting to climb guardline barricades
Attempting to prevent the medical aid of other lawful Class-D's or personnel.
Insulting anomalies in attempts to make them breach
All Criteria required to terminate a Class-D for misbehavior
Holding out a piece of contraband or weapon
Does not include medical tools, drinks or such
Class-D is well past over guardline.
Class-D is attempting to escape the Class-D containment Zone or entering other areas they are not permitted in.
Attempting to or successfully harming other personnel, fellow Class-D or anomalies.
Class-D is assisting rioting Class-D by providing aid to them or reviving them.
During testing, these restrictions are lifted to whenever during testing a Class-D is required to be harmed, heading to different areas of the site or for them to have contraband on them for the sake of testing.
They will also be subject to the Testing Brief rules given to them regarding which zone the test will be conducted at, this also applies to other duties.
